We took Hardy to the zoo for the first time today, and he absolutely loved it!! He has always been fond of our lab Emmy and he loves watching Baby Noah, so we thought he would probably love all the animals at the zoo. It was a perfect day because it was a little cooler and all the animals were out and about. He definitely liked the bigger animals, and I think his favorite part was feeding the giraffe. We also thought this was pretty cool ourselves. For $5 you got several pieces of lettuce to tear up and feed to the giraffe. It was so funny because the giraffe would stick out his ridiculously long tongue and snatch the lettuce right from Hardy's hand, and Hardy was not scared at all. It was a priceless moment! It's safe to say that Hardy loves the zoo because we left as zoo members. We will be going back!
