The weekend after Kyle returned from Italy, we headed to Georgia for a wedding. Kyle was a groomsmen in one of his childhood friend's wedding. The bonus of the trip was that we got to stay with my sister! Sean, the groom, lived in Memphis before moving to Georgia, and he and Kyle played baseball together when they were kids. He and Kyle remained friends through the years and distance, and Kyle was honored to be a part of his wedding. Sean has recently opened a bike shop in Roswell, and we actually were in town last fall for the grand opening. The wedding was at a country club in Alpharetta that was set in the hills and with the mountains in the backdrops. It was STUNNING!! I was shooting myself for not bringing my camera, so you will just have to imagine! Apparently, 3 of the real housewives of Atlanta live in this neighborhood--if that helps your imagination. :) The reception was quite spectacular too with a seated dinner! We sure enjoyed being a part of Sean and Kari's wedding! We also enjoyed spending time visiting our niece and nephews. It is always fun to see them! Our visits just aren't quite long enough. Still holding out hope that one day we will live in the same town!
